MaestroX Studio holds client assets, campaign plans, conversations, approvals, reports, billing information, contracts, and connected account credentials. That requires more than a clean interface. It requires isolated workspaces, clear permissions, encrypted credentials, controlled and logged access, thoughtful notifications, and plain rules about how AI touches client data.
Each client is an isolated workspace. Clients see only their own assets, discussions, reports, requests, approvals, and billing. Team members see only the clients they are assigned to. On multi-agency deployments, tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer as well as in the application.
Permissions are managed by role, by product, by workspace, and by user. Each client contact can be an approver, a reviewer, a viewer, or have no access to a given area. Social, Reports, Discussions, Assets, Marketing, and Billing can each be switched on or off per client.
Every integration (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, QuickBooks Online) is authorized per client with OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and a client can disconnect a supported integration whenever they choose.
CosimoAI works only from the client workspace it is invoked in: that client's brand profile, assets, transcripts, and report data. It does not use one client's data for another. Client data is never used to train public AI models, and CosimoAI can be disabled per client.
Users choose how they receive updates across email, in-app, and SMS. Text alerts are opt-in and configurable by event type, and after every send the platform shows exactly who was notified and why.
Client data is used to operate the portal, support the workflow, and power the product features you switch on. It is never sold and never used for advertising. Payment cards are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Administrators can securely sign in as a client to see exactly what the client sees, for support, not surveillance, and every such session is logged. Client provisioning creates an isolated workspace, syncs billing, and records the action. Approvals, comments, and decisions carry their author and timestamp, so the professional, controlled experience scales with your book of business.
