MaestroX Studio was created by MEDICI + MAESTRO, a brand marketing agency in Philadelphia that needed one place to manage the work happening across clients, campaigns, content, creative assets, approvals, reports, billing, and communication. The usual stack was not enough, so we built the portal we wanted to use every day. Then we realized other agencies and in-house marketing teams needed it too.
Project tools did not understand social workflows. Social tools did not understand client asset libraries. Asset tools did not understand approvals. Reporting tools did not understand campaign context, and they certainly did not read the website, search, and social together. Billing systems did not understand the relationship. And email understood nothing at all.
Every marketing leader knows the feeling. The client approved something in one thread. The latest asset is in another folder. The report is in a deck. The invoice is in QuickBooks. The shoot details are in someone's inbox. The social post is in a scheduler. The campaign plan is in a spreadsheet. The important update was sent by text. And the person who held it all together in their head just went on vacation.
MaestroX Studio was built to pull that work back together: a serious client portal that feels polished enough for the client and practical enough for the team doing the work. It gives a marketing operation and the people it serves one shared place to manage the relationship, from the first brief to the final report. We run our own agency on it. When it fails us, we feel it first, and we fix it first.
MaestroX Studio was not built from a feature checklist. It was built from agency pain. Every module exists because a real client, a real shoot, a real report, or a real invoice demanded it.
Client sign-off used to live in email threads no one could find. Now it is a routed, permissioned workflow with a record of who approved what, and when.
Rosters, call sheets, and delivery lived in inboxes. Now shoots have a workflow, and the finished assets land in the client's library already described and searchable.
Monthly decks got rebuilt from scratch and read one channel at a time. Now website, search, social, and text results pull into one branded report, and CosimoAI writes the analysis a senior strategist would.
Chasing payments strained relationships. Now contracts, invoices, and balances live beside the work, and a signed agreement provisions the client's workspace on its own.
The result is a product that understands the relationship between a marketing team and its clients because it was born inside one.
Cosimo de' Medici did not paint the frescoes or carve the marble. He made it possible for the people who could. That is the role we designed our assistant to play, and it is why it carries his name. CosimoAI drafts, describes, transcribes, and analyzes so that your strategists, writers, designers, and account leads spend their hours on judgment instead of busywork. It is optional per client. It never publishes, approves, or speaks to a client on its own. Your team stays the author, and your client stays the point.
Our own motto, borrowed from the Medici and from the printers of the Renaissance, is festina lente: make haste, slowly. Move fast where speed is cheap. Slow down where trust is at stake. That is how we use AI in our agency, and it is how we built it into the product.
